With 8 adjustable cutting heads and the ability to integrate in-line with our TS300 or M2L series stacker, the CHM120 can tackle a wide range of board sizes depending on your specific application.
HIGH SPEED CHAMFER MACHINE
Capable of chamfering up to 150 boards/minute with a system designed to provide maximum chamfering length and quality at high speed. With 8 adjustable cutting heads, and ability for integration in-line with a TS300 or M2L Series Stacker, the CHM120 can tackle a wide range of boards sizes depending on your specific application.

- 12′ grading conveyor on infeed
- Chamfer blade inserts able to be indexed
- Chamfer both top edges of board in a single pass
- Dedicated machine control cabinet
- Fork truck tubes allow for ease in positioning
- HMI control on infeed side of machine
- Setup to chamfer 1 edge and 1 pocket minimum and 2
edges and 2 pockets maximum - Upstream control relay
